BASIC BIOSAFETY PROTOCOLS AT POUSADA OLHO D’ÁGUA 


1) Check-in will be preferably online via computer, tablet or cellphone.
2) Service counters with acrylic barriers.
3) The use of masks is mandatory, for both guests and our staff, in the common areas. Disposable masks should be thrown in bathroom wastebasket.
4) Body temperature measurement with laser thermometer; if above 37,8ºC, we will refer you to the local Health Services for a check up, according to authorities recommendations.
5) Guests will handle their own luggage.
6) Sanitized room key given on arrival to be returned only on checkout.
7) Credit and debit card machines protected with PVC film.
8) Alcohol gel 70% available in strategics points of the Inn.
9) Furniture and objects reduced in the rooms and social areas.
10) Constant cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and areas with greater flow.
11) Use of sanitizers duly approved by ANVISA.
12) Staff training about correct handling of sanitizers and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
13) Complete sanitization of apartments prior to check in. 
14) Reduced amount of objects available in the rooms, like rugs and hammock.
15) Cleaning of apartments in alternate days for our staff’s safety. Extra cleaning only if needed. 
16) Staff will be divided in teams for different tasks, all using its respective PPE.
17) Laundry has been divided in two separate areas: the washing space and the ironing & keeping zone.
18) Strict hygiene of towels, bedding, protectors and pillows.
19) Empty minibar. Orders at the front desk.
20) Laundry services for personal clothes temporarily unavailable.
21) Apartments will only be available after 48 hours of last checkout.
22) Breakfast will be served a la carte at the restaurant. We recommend to schedule your order in advance to avoid gatherings.
23) Restaurant tables will be arranged two meters apart.
24) Distance of 2 meters from other groups of guests in the pool or its facilities.
25) Restaurant service temporarily disabled.
